I am using languare variables for the list options, to be able to translate the list options.
Why are the translation overrides for these language variables ignored by your plugin?

It's not by design the translations are ignored. It seems you've found a little bug we need to fix. In a few days a new version is to be released so we'll fix this translation bug also.
Working days: Monday to Friday. The is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week but will only be answered during workings days according CET. Reply time: Depending on the complexity of your support issue it's usually between a few minutes and 48 hours. When we expect longer delays we will notify you when you file a ticket or reply.
