#14 plugin parameters missing

 I have several issues with this plugin:

1) There is no parameter field to enter de download key. See attached image

2) When using the plugin some parameters are missing. For example at the radiobuttons there is no required field option and no Radio options. These fields are also missing at other input fields. See image.

Probably I do not use the plugin correctly?

Joomla version: 2.5.27
VirtueMart version: 2.6.12

Dear Ronald,

Sorry to read about the problems you're experiencing. So let's try to solve them:

1. Think you've found a bug - seems related to the latest Joomla! update. Looks like we missed this bug checking after the latest updates :-( Working on a fix.

2. The screenshot you've send about the settings are just the basic setup custom fields settings. The option has to be set for eacht product individually. An exact description how to use can be found in the manual you can also download from the ReqText section.
If you are still missing fields in the custom fields of a product for our plugin would you be so kind to send a screenshot of that page also?

Hello Nikolai,

It's my common practice to read a manual first. So yes...

Fields are missing at the the costom fields part of the product too. Normal practice for the standard droplist of Virtuemart is to add a field for each droplist item (this works but client wants radiobuttons and this is the reason why using your plugin)
but nor working at all for your plugin.

See attached images for settings custom field product and result at product detail page as you requested.

Hello Ronald,

Attached is an update of the ReqText plugin which should fix the DownloadID parameter field. Sorry about that.

For the radio button problem I would like to ask you to sent me a link with the trouble page (frontend). After intense testing I could not recreate the problem you are describing. All the radio options work perfectly in our test environment - strangly enough.

I could also not explain the screenshots you've sent me. So I attached just made screenshot from our test environment which displays the Custom Fields settings and the product Radio selection settings.
I've made the screenshots a few minutes ago with the reqtext plugin versino I've just sent you.

Just an thought; are you using a plugin which uses jQuery or extra AJAX options in the backend which could interrupt the jQuery lines of VirtueMart? Just thinking what could cause trouble :-(

Hello Nikolai,

Thx. I received the new version by mail. Actually i'm using 2 other VirtueMart custom field plugins:

1) Virtuemart textarea custom field plugin from http://www.daycounts.com (probably not necessary anymore when your plugin is working)
2) Virtuemart Order Upload plugin from http://cmsmart.net

I will check if these plugins does interact with your plugin

Unfortionally I can not give you access to the productpage at this moment. The whole webshop is still not accessible for visitors. I have to ask permission of the owner of the website to grand access (can not contact him at this moment). I will setup a test environment and when still required because of the failing plugin I will send you information to acces this test environment.

Dutch: Gebruik je de JQuery Easy plugin in je Joomla! omgeving? Dat kan een hoop conflicten schelen qua jQuery versies die gebruikt zijn door geinstalleerde componenten/plugins.

English: Did you install the jQuery Easy Plugin for Joomla! ? This can solve a lot of conflicts for the different versions of jQuery used by components/plugins.
