When you take a look in the site, could you also take a look at the CSV Export?
I don't seem to get it working. Also I cannot change the location of the Export.
Well, the file CSV export file is created succesfullly otherwise the "Download CSV" button wouldn't appear. Also erasing it works fine. Could you check for some user rights settings using htaccess which could prevent downloading? Maybe the CHMOD rights using a FTP client can be changed (should work fine with 0755for full safety).
The location cannot be changed for the export file. The only reason it's visible is for the administrator to see what path is used to store the file. That way using FTP the file can also be downloaded. That said maybe you could check something for me; is the "tmp" folder present after creating the export file in the "administrator/components/com_foollog" folder? That should be the case but an extra check is always best :-)
So I looked around but could not find the export file in the foollog directory.
Regarding your message above, "is the 'tmp' folder present", no it is not present.
All files have access 0755
I created manually the tmp folder..
Retried to create the CSV, it says it works, but the tmp directory remains empty and the CSV cannot be downloaded.
So currently I think the CSV is not at all created as I cannot find it with my FTP program.
When you click in the "Save Path" field you can scroll using the cursor-keys :-) The path where the export file is stored is: /administrator/components/com_foollog/tmp
Just noticed a space at the end of the path (in the Save Path field). Could be this is the problem why it's not downloading correctly. I'll look into it.
It's version 1.32 and should fix the trouble with downloading the CSV Export file. Also setting filters after downloading is bugfixed :-) Could you try this version for me please? Thanks!
Results:
1. The CSV file is being generated. It is visible in the media directory.
2. The CSV file is not downloadable, when pressing the download button nothing happens. I would expect a download falling into my downloads directory
3. The CSV file can be transferred by means of FTP and seems to be correct.
4. I still cannot use the next buttons after setting a filter.
I know from own experience that this kind of troubleshooting is very difficult. I greatly appreciate your activities, if necessary I can support more by an interactive teamviewer session as I mentioned before.
A new test version is available here: version 1.32b.
In the test environment everything works well for the download button (even with the other version released yesterday) but I made some more changes. Hope this works fine.
Otherwise a quick TeamViewer session could give me a better direction - if you are available this morning :-)
Thanks for all your testing so far! Oh, pagination is fixed in this updated test-version.

p.s. you can post the TeamViewer ID and password in this ticket or e-mail me at **********.
No need for the TeamViewer session anymore - thanks for that. In our online environment the problem of not able to download also occurs.
Strange enough in our test environment all works well - so, we have another bug to solve :-(
Well, took some rewritting of the download method but in our test- and online demo-environment all seems to work fine now when clicking the download button.
Develeopment version 1.32c can be found here - if you have time to test it, that would be great!
Have a nice day.

Paging goes well,
filters work,
CSV generation works fine.
CSV download also works fine.
Super ! Thanks.
If you would like it, my colleague webmaster of this site, Marina and I, could give you hints on further development or ideas for your foollog component.
E.g. we have a forum, called CJForum, it is also a Joomla extension. It might be nice to gather more info from that also, just like you do for Kunena. Interesting things are of course, who is posting, which forum part, when, etc.
