As i had to reinstall the module i wonder where i can place my icon as a seperator.

All the best wishes to you too, ofcourse :-) The style of that seperator is in Joomla! 4 based on CSS. So you'll have to use CSS to change it.
You can check the ".breadcrumb-item + .breadcrumb-item::before" in your template.css where you can change it.
Or use an override in your own template CSS file.
