Support is provided only in English. This is because we have customers worldwide and we want to support each one of them. Posted tickets which are not written in English will not be answered.

Support Availability

Working days: Monday to Friday. The ticket system is closed on weekends; you can neither file new tickets or reply to existing ones.
Reply time: Depending on the complexity of your support issue it's usually between a few minutes and 48 hours. When we expect longer delays we will notify you when you file a ticket or reply.
